Do not hesitate about coming to Newbay. I have spent 10 years trying to find helpful GP's in Melbourne and so far I've only come across 3-4 which which were reasonable and can be very disheartening.Nathan might possibly be the most genuine, caring and understanding GP's I've ever worked with who is extremely knowledgeable and offers reasonable and realistic steps.This is the first time that I look forward to going to the GP as Nathan offers excellent advice, solutions and an action plan to help you get through your journey.

Such a fantastic clinic in every way! The front-of-house team is wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about their work. You feel welcomed and well cared for from the moment you walk in. The nurse administering childhood vaccinations is incredibly kind, creating a calm and reassuring experience for both parents and children.Our doctor, Dr. Julie Tindall, is truly exceptional. I initially saw her for my baby’s six-week check-up and vaccinations simply because she was the earliest available doctor, but within a week, I had moved my entire family under her care. She has a warm, kind, and compassionate nature that instantly puts you at ease. She is fantastic with children, patient, and gentle, always taking the time to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.Beyond that, she is an incredibly thorough and attentive doctor. She listens without judgment, takes the time to understand concerns, and provides thoughtful, well-explained advice. She made me feel completely comfortable discussing my own health issues—something that isn’t always easy—and I never feel rushed or dismissed. Her holistic and compassionate approach to care has been a breath of fresh air, and I trust her completely with my family’s health.This clinic is a beautiful practice, staffed with genuinely kind and dedicated professionals. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Have only had great experiences here. Wanted to shout out the nurse who gave my daughter vaccines yesterday. My daughter has a needle phobia and the nurse was so patient, understanding and empathetic. We've had so many bad experiences in the past and this was the complete opposite. Couldn't thank her enough.
